A Pale Ale-style blonde combining the fruity aromas of Mosaic hops with the subtle smoothness of buckwheat.

Our story

From Californian grapes to Breton hops

It all started with a winemaking adventure on the other side of the Atlantic. Back home, the urge to create stayed — but this time the story is written around beer, in the heart of Brocéliande country.
